KING PINE RACE TEAM
The King Pine Race Team is a United States Ski Association (USSA) sanctioned alpine race program at King Pine Ski Area in East Madison, NH. This program is for athletes ages 8 - 15, who are dedicated to improving their alpine skiing and racing skills. Our coaching staff is focused and committed to provide instruction to help athletes build the fundamental skills to ski and race to the best of their ability. We train on weekends from December through March and during both New Hampshire and Massachusetts school vacation weeks. An early season camp at Sunday River provides additional opportunity to train on snow before King Pine opens for the season. Skiers compete in USSA races sponsored by New Hampshire Alpine Racing Association (NHARA) based on age and ability and this program travels to other mountains to compete against local race clubs at times throughout the winter.

PRE-RACE PROGRAM
King Pine is offering a weekend training program for skiers ages 6-7 interested in racing but looking for a transitional program before joining the King Pine Race Team.
This is a season-long program with instruction in competition skill development, running gates, bump skiing, tree skiing, and of course an emphasis of having fun on skis. Pre-Race skiers develop fundamental skiing skills and have fun becoming part of the team!

Please note that USSA and NHARA dues, competition entry fees, and a King Pine season pass are not included in the program rate. Participants do need a season pass during team trainings at King Pine. An appropriate signed Release of Liability, registration form, and payment must be submitted and placed before participants will be allowed to participate in team trainings and activities.
